For our Preliminary Task we were asked to first draw up a storyboard briefly depicting the storyline of the short video. By doing this it would make filming a lot quicker and organised as we would have a guide to follow instead of just filming blindly with nothing but an idea in our head. Also by doing this it will eliminate any disagreements we may have because if it is written down prior to filming we can all work together to plan it making sure we are all happy with the final plan. Once our storyboards were complete we noticed that there were some pros and cons to do with them.

CONS

Some of the good things about our storyboards were that the brief description was clear and to the point, making reference to all the relevant information, also the illustrations showed clearly what we wished to happen in the scene.

Some of the bad things about our Storyboard include the fact that we did not number the each individual cut, also we did not write down how long we would individual cut to be. If we had done these things it would have increased how organised we could have been when we were filming.
